1. Curing and elastic properties
2. Weather resistance and temperature resistance
Strong weather resistance: RTV silicone rubber can maintain its physical and chemical properties in a wide temperature range (-60 degree to +250 degree , and some products can even be used at higher temperatures), and is not prone to aging, cracking or deformation.
High and low temperature resistance: Low phenyl silicone rubber is known for its excellent low temperature resistance (brittle temperature can reach -120 degree ) and is suitable for low temperature environments; while medium phenyl and high phenyl silicone rubbers are suitable for more severe working environments by improving the material's ablation resistance and radiation resistance.
3. Electrical insulation and corrosion resistance
Corrosion resistance: It has good resistance to most chemical media (such as acids, alkalis, salts, etc.), is not easily corroded or dissolved, and ensures its long-term stability in complex and changeable chemical environments.
4. Bonding and sealing
High bonding strength: RTV silicone has good bonding to most metal and non-metal materials, with high bonding strength and no corrosion.
5. Environmental protection and safety
Environmentally friendly and non-toxic: RTV silicone will not produce harmful by-products during the curing process, and will not decompose and release harmful gases or substances that affect human health even if it encounters high temperatures after curing.
